Joe Gwynn

I graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy (now the Cortiva Institute) in 2011, and since then I’ve been focused on helping clients ease pain, reduce stress, and restore balance. My approach blends both therapeutic and holistic techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, Reiki, IASTM, and myofascial cupping. Each session is customized to your needs, whether you’re seeking relief from chronic tension, support in recovery, or simply need some time to relax.

Massage is more than a treatment, it’s a way to create space for healing, rest, and connection. My goal is to provide an environment where you can step away from stress and pain, and leave feeling refreshed, lighter, and more at ease in your body. It’s a privilege to support your well-being and offer care that meets you where you are.
